FESTIVAL DOS CANAIS is a multidisciplinary event which transforms the urban canals, public spaces, heritage and architecture of Aveiro into unique stages. Music, dance, theatre, contemporary circus and visual arts are some of the artistic areas present in this great celebration of culture, which is capable of mobilising the entire city around the arts. Creators from around the world are always part of the festival's cast, as are local structures and community involvement.
