What if artificial intelligence imagined an island?

Teatro Aveirense presents ‘Una Isla’, a show by the renowned Catalan company Agrupación Señor Serrano, winner of the Silver Lion at the Venice Biennale. Combining theatre, technology and philosophy, this creation invites the audience to reflect on the relationship between humans, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the construction of a collective concept of coexistence. The show is scheduled for 13 December at 9.30pm in the Main Hall.
‘Una Isla’ is a show that challenges the common narrative of human fear in which the creation - AI - overcomes and overthrows the creator himself - the human being. The direction and dramaturgy of Àlex Serrano and Pau Palacios imagine a collective future in which AI and technological evolution are not a threat, but a creative partner living together on an island. It's 65 minutes of a fusion between performance, live video, music and AI-generated projections.
